The Annual Board of Directors meeting will take place on February 26 – 28, 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton Tiburon, in Naples, FL. An agenda for the meeting, as well as hotel and optional activity information can be found below. BRMA continues to encourage attendees to bring a spouse/guest to this meeting to enjoy the social aspects of the evening events and free afternoon on Thursday.

HOTEL RATE & CUT OFF DATE

BRMA Board Members are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. BRMA has contracted a room block for attendees at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon. A set number of rooms are available at the group rate until Friday, January 31st, 2025, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. While BRMA studies past attendance trends and the needs of our members, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure your reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate.

Harnessing Headwinds – Successfully Navigating Change and Adversity  
Leaders across every industry and experience level share one thing in common: To be successful they need to effectively navigate failure, organization change, and the unknown. During this session retired U.S. Air Force Col. Nicole Malachowski, the first woman Thunderbird pilot, a combat veteran, fighter squadron commander, White House fellow and advisor, and overall indomitable spirit, will share her inspirational story of harnessing headwinds to successfully navigate change and adversity.
